The Problem

Why this matters for your business.

Your website was built years ago. It is slow, it is not mobile-friendly, and it does not reflect who your business is today. Visitors land on your site and leave before they ever see what you actually do. Meanwhile, your competitors have clean, fast sites that make them look twice your size.

What a website project looks like here

Most people who call us do not need a website. They need the thing a website is supposed to do — make the phone ring, take the booking, sell the product — and the site they have is not doing it. So the first conversation is not about design. It is about what has to change in the business for the project to have been worth it.

From there the work runs on a fixed schedule: discovery in week one, strategy in week two, build across weeks three to eight with check-ins as we go, launch in week nine. You see progress every week rather than disappearing into a black box and hoping.

What you actually get

Every site is built custom on WordPress, WooCommerce, or Shopify — whichever fits how you actually sell. No page-builder bloat, no theme you could have bought yourself for $59.

  • Speed. Sub-three-second loads, because the majority of local searches happen on a phone on mobile data, and a slow site loses those visitors before they see anything.
  • Accessibility from day one. Built to WCAG 2.1 rather than retrofitted later, which is both cheaper and the reason our sites tend to pass the automated scans law firms run.
  • Structure search engines and AI can read. Clean headings, real schema markup, and content organized so both Google and tools like ChatGPT can tell what you do and where you do it.
  • Ownership. The site is yours. You get the logins, and you are not locked into a proprietary platform you cannot leave.

Who this tends to be right for

Businesses somewhere past the DIY stage — where the website has become a real channel rather than a brochure, and where looking smaller than you are is actively costing money. That covers a lot of ground: professional services, trades and home services, restaurants and hospitality, nonprofits, e-commerce.

It tends not to be right if you want the cheapest possible site. Project work starts around $2,500 and goes up with scope. If that is out of range today, our free website audit will still tell you honestly what is wrong with what you have.

Why the local part matters

A website that is technically fine can still be invisible for the searches that actually bring in work. Ranking for “web design agency in Jacksonville” or “plumber near me” depends on things most site builds ignore entirely: consistent business information, a properly configured Google Business Profile, location signals in the markup, and content that gives Google a reason to believe you serve this area. We build all of that in rather than selling it back to you later — and if you want it pushed harder, that is SEO and digital advertising.

Common Questions

Web Design & Development, answered.

How much does a website cost?

Project work starts around $2,500 and scales with scope — number of pages, e-commerce, custom functionality, how much content needs writing. You get a fixed quote before anything starts, so there is no meter running.

How long does it take?

About nine weeks end to end: discovery, strategy, then a six-week build with weekly check-ins, then launch. The most common cause of delay is waiting on content and photos from your side, so we tell you up front exactly what we need and when.

WordPress or Shopify?

Shopify if selling products online is the main event. WordPress or WooCommerce for everything else, including stores where the catalog is secondary. We make the recommendation based on how you actually operate, not on what we prefer to build.

Do I own the site when it is done?

Yes. You own the site, the domain, the hosting account, and every login. No proprietary platform, no hostage situation if you ever want to move on.

Can you work on the site I already have?

Often, yes. If the foundation is sound we would rather fix and extend it than charge you for a rebuild you do not need. If it is not sound we will tell you that plainly and explain why.

Do you only work with Jacksonville businesses?

No. We are based in Jacksonville and a lot of our clients are local, which is genuinely useful when you want to sit in the same room. But we work with businesses across the country and most projects run fine remotely.
