The Problem

Why this matters for your business.

Your logo looks different on your website than it does on your business cards. Your social media uses one color palette, your invoices use another, and nobody can quite describe what your brand "feels like." When every touchpoint tells a different story, customers do not trust any of them.

What We Do

How we solve it.

  • Logo design and full brand mark system
  • Color palette, typography, and visual guidelines
  • Brand voice and messaging framework
  • Business card, letterhead, and print collateral
  • Social media templates and asset library
  • Brand guidelines document for your team

A logo is not a brand

The usual situation: there is a logo somewhere, in a format nobody can find, in three slightly different colors depending on who last used it. The website says one thing, the Instagram grid says another, the invoices say a third. Nobody inside the business can describe what the brand is supposed to feel like, which means nobody outside it can either.

That is not a design problem so much as a systems problem, and it is expensive in a way that is hard to see. Every touchpoint that looks unrelated to the others is a small withdrawal from how credible you seem.

What we build

  • Logo and mark system — primary, secondary, and simplified versions, in every format you will actually need, so the right one exists for a sign, a favicon, and an embroidered shirt.
  • Color and typography. A defined palette with real values, and type choices that hold up in print as well as on screen.
  • Voice and messaging. How the business sounds, what it claims, and the words it uses consistently.
  • Collateral — business cards, letterhead, print pieces, social templates — built from the system rather than improvised each time.
  • A guidelines document your team and any future vendor can follow without asking.

Rebrand, or refine?

Not everyone needs to start over. If your existing mark carries recognition worth keeping, throwing it out destroys something you paid years to build. Often the right answer is to keep the mark and build the missing system around it. We will tell you which situation you are in before you commit to the more expensive one.

Why it pairs with everything else

Brand work that stops at a PDF tends not to survive contact with reality. Because the same team builds your website and runs your social media, the identity gets applied rather than filed — which is the whole point of having one. If you want to see where your current touchpoints disagree with each other, our free brand style guide generator extracts what your website is currently saying about your brand in about a minute.

Common Questions

Brand & Identity, answered.

How much does branding cost?

It depends on whether you need a full identity or a system built around a mark you already have. Logo-and-guidelines projects and complete brand systems sit at quite different price points; you get a fixed quote before we start either way.

How long does it take?

Usually three to five weeks. Most of the variance is in review rounds, so the projects that move fastest are the ones where a single decision-maker can give clear feedback.

Do I get all the logo files?

Yes — vector and raster, full color, single color, and reversed, in the formats printers, sign makers, and platforms ask for. You own all of it.

Can you keep our existing logo?

Often that is the better call. If the mark has recognition worth keeping we build the color, type, and voice system around it instead of restarting. Recognition is expensive to acquire and cheap to throw away by accident.

What is a brand guidelines document for?

It is what stops the drift. It tells your team and any future designer, printer, or agency exactly how the brand is used, so a year from now your materials still match without anyone having to guess.

Do you do print as well as digital?

Yes. Business cards, letterhead, signage, vehicle graphics, packaging. A brand that only works on screen is only half built.
