Overview

Trinity Partners was not a full design-and-build engagement for Trail Mix Creative. This was an SEO and Google Business Profile overhaul, and it is a great reminder that sometimes the most valuable work happens inside an existing ecosystem instead of replacing it. Trinity Partners already had a large commercial real estate presence online, with location pages, team pages, listings, services, market reports, and news content spread across multiple Southeastern markets. The opportunity was not to reinvent the brand visually. It was to make the brand easier to find, easier to trust, and better aligned with how commercial real estate prospects actually search.

That matters a lot on a site like Trinity’s because the architecture is doing heavy lifting. Public pages span offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, Columbia, Greenville, and Atlanta, along with team filtering by location and service type, Southeast listings, service-line pages, and ongoing news coverage. In other words, there were already powerful search assets in place. Trail Mix Creative’s role was to help tighten the connection between those assets and real-world search intent by improving local targeting, page relevance, business listing consistency, and how the brand shows up in market-specific searches.

The SEO side of this project is more sophisticated than tossing in a few meta tags. On a multi-market commercial real estate site, visibility depends on how service pages, city pages, people pages, listing pages, and Google Business Profiles all support each other. Trail Mix Creative helped strengthen that foundation so Trinity could compete more effectively for searches around landlord representation, occupier services, property management, investment sales, office leasing, and market-specific commercial real estate terms across the Southeast. We also helped Google connect the dots more clearly between offices, services, and search geography.
